I would like to say a massive thank you to Liz for the way she handled the passing of our beloved dog if 14 years, Max. It was so peaceful for him being in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his family. From start to finish everything was handled with dignity and more importantly, care. I cannot understate how Liz treated us and Max. Liz understood our feelings and gave us ample space and time to spend with Max before he passed away. She explained everything step by step and reassured us all the way. Thank you so much Liz for this. You made it so much easier for all of us.
